Toasted Kokosnoot Topped Bittersweet Brownies
Ingredients:
six oz 70% nighttime chocolate bars*
3/4 loving cup flour
3/4 loving cup kokosnoot sugar
1/4 loving cup cocoa
four tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
ii eggs, at room temperature
1/2 loving cup kokosnoot flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray alongside baking spray or grease too flour i 8x8 baking pan. In a saucepan, melt the butter, cocoa too chocolate together over depression heat. Stir occasionally, too when the chocolate is most melted, take from heat. Whisk until smooth. Set aside. In a modest bowl, stir together flour, salt, baking powder. In a split upward bowl, shell together the kokosnoot sugar, eggs too vanilla glue until frothy. Slowly flow the chocolate mixture into the eggs too mix to combine. Gradually stir inwards the dry out ingredients too mix until the batter is thick too glossy. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle alongside kokosnoot flakes. Bake 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the view comes out clean. Cool completely earlier slicing too serving.
*I used ii Green too Black bars (mince 1 ounce) I broke into the scored squares.
