Tzatziki Lamb Burgers
Ingredients:
1 lb soil lamb
1 tablespoon cerise vino vinegar
1 tablespoon minced Italian parsley
1 tablespoon minced dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, grated
zest of 1 lemon
salt
freshly soil dark pepper
tzatziki:
3/4 loving cup Greek yogurt
1/3 loving cup finely diced, seeded cucumber*
1 tablespoon minced dill
salt
freshly soil dark pepper
toppings:
1 large cerise onion, thickly sliced
1 pocket-size eggplant, cutting into 1/4 inch slices
four buns
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the burger ingredients until evenly distributed. Form into four equal patties.
for the sauce:
Stir all ingredients together inwards a pocket-size bowl. Refrigerate until laid upwardly to use.
Prepare your grill to medium heat. Meanwhile, brush the onion, burgers in addition to eggplant slices amongst olive oil. Place on the grill side past times side to the burgers. Cook until everything is cooked through, flipping once. Cover every bit needed.
Place a piece of eggplant on each bun. Top amongst a burger in addition to then onion slices in addition to drizzle amongst sauce.
*You tin tabular array salt in addition to drain them if you lot desire but I but left them chopped on
