Veggie Corn Staff Of Life
This super MOIST and tasty (veggie filled) corn breadstuff starts out amongst 2 of those niggling Jiffy corn breadstuff mixes (what could last easier?) too feeds a crowd. It is every bit delicious warm or at room temperature, too thence it is perfect for a pot luck or vacation brunch.
4 eggs (beaten)
1½ sticks butter (melted)
(2) cups broccoli florets (chopped)
1 loving cup of frozen corn (thawed)
1 medium onion (chopped) saute until tender
1 loving cup cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon dry out blood-red pepper flakes (or to taste)
Saute broccoli, corn too onion until tender, gear upwards aside. In large bowl, vanquish iv eggs together too stir inwards melted butter, cottage cheese too pepper flakes. Add Jiffy mixes too stir until smooth. Gently stir inwards broccoli, corn too onion. Spread inwards a greased nine x xiii baking dish too bake (375°) for 35 to twoscore minutes or until lightly browned.
NOTE: Finely diced sweetness blood-red pepper is pretty inwards this cornbread too, exactly I was out of it.
