Winter Vegetable Beef Stew
Ingredients:
grouping #1
one 1/2 lb beef overstep circular or sirloin, cubed
one large onion, diced
one shallot, diced
iii cloves garlic, minced
ii carrots, cutting into coins
ii parsnips, cutting into coins
ii Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled in addition to diced

one cayenne pepper, minced

12 oz beer (I used this)
one tablespoon chocolate-brown sugar
one tablespoon cocoa
one (loose) tablespoon whole rosemary leaves
one 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon caraway seeds
ocean salt
freshly seat down dark pepper
grouping #3
one 1/14 loving cup frozen peas
Directions:
