Apple In Addition To Stilton Sausage Rolls
Ingredients:
1 lb put down pork

v leaves sage, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon mace
1/2 teaspoon put down cardamom
1/4 teaspoon put down nutmeg
1/4 loving cup pocket-size cubed apple tree (I used Pink Lady)
1/4 loving cup crumbled Stilton
salt
freshly put down dark pepper
1 box (17.3 oz) puff pastry (defrosted)
1 egg yolk, beaten
sesame seeds, optional
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line i large or 2 smaller baking sheets amongst parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix the pork together amongst the herbs, spices, cheese, too apple tree until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Roll the meat into 4 long sausages near 1 1/2 inch unopen to too near a pes long.
