Chewy Saccharide Cookies

i loving cup butter (room temperature)
1¼ cups granulated sugar
iii egg YOLKS
ii teaspoons vanilla extract
2½ cups all piece of job flour
i teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
extra carbohydrate to coil cookies inward earlier baking
Cream i loving cup of butter amongst 1¼ cups of granulated sugar; add together the egg yolks in addition to vanilla in addition to trounce until smooth.
Add the flour, baking soda in addition to cream of tartar, trounce until smooth.
Form dough into balls (about the size of a modest walnut) in addition to coil inward granulated sugar. Place on parchment lined cookie canvas (or canvas sprayed amongst cooking spray). DO NOT FLATTEN.

NOTE: Due to egg yolk size differences (and thence amount of liquid differences), if your cookie dough seems a piddling dry, mix inward a tablespoon of water.
