Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting

This is a POSITIVELY DELICIOUS frosting recipe. What a overnice variation from classic chocolate frosting!! It has a smooth, thick texture too tastes non bad past times the spoonful!!

 

This is my novel "go to" recipe for frosting snack cakes, brownies too cupcakes, it is quick, slow to brand too tastes great!!

1/2 loving cup shine peanut butter (I used Jiff)
1/2 loving cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 - 3/4  cup one-half too one-half (see note)
2  2/3 loving cup confectioners sugar

Mix the peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla too a few tablespoons of the one-half too one-half until it is shine too creamy.  Add the sugar, tabular array salt too the residuum of the one-half too one-half (*see banking concern annotation below).   Beat alongside electrical mixer until shine too shiny.

That's it... what could live on easier?!?  We LOVED this frosting!!

NOTE: The recipe said to start alongside one-half cup of the half too one-half too if you lot desire it thinner, add together the remaining 1/4 loving cup of one-half too half (one tablespoon at time)...beating until smooth.
