Easiest Chocolate Cupcakes Always !!!

These cupcakes are SUPER moist, SUPER chocolate-y together with SUPER tardily to make. They also remain moist together with soft for 2 or 3 days (at least).

Perfect for a potluck, bake sale, tiffin box or "just because". They are tardily plenty for kids to brand also !!!




CUPCAKES

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 loving cup buttermilk (see authorities notation below)
