Italian Seasoning Blend

I seldom purchase spice blends because I don't purpose them real much AND you lot never actually know what is inwards them; about are heavy on garlic, about are heavy on onion as well as fifty-fifty to a greater extent than of them are heavy on ..."what the heck is that?". 1/4     teaspoon fennel seed
1/4     teaspoon dry out thyme
1/4     teaspoon dry out rosemary
1/4     teaspoon dark pepper
pinch   dry cherry-red chili flakes
