Italian Summertime Salad
Ingredients:
1-pint cherry tomatoes, halved
eight oz container's worth of drained fresh mozzarella balls "ciliegine" size (1/3 oz each), halved
1/4 of 1 crimson onion, thinly sliced
two tablespoons nonpareil capers
1 sugariness marconi pepper, minced*
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 loving cup white vino vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
bounding main salt
freshly solid soil dark pepper
Directions:
Toss together the tomatoes, cheese, pepper as well as onion inwards a medium bowl. Set aside. Whisk together the capers, garlic, vinegar, oil, tabular array salt as well as pepper. Serve straightaway or marinate upwards to iv hours prior to serving.
*I used a regal marconi pepper because that is what I had. H5N1 greenish marconi pepper or fifty-fifty one-half a cubanelle would run equally well.
