Italian Veggie Bake
This is ane of my favorite things to consume on the nights that wife has opted to move carnivorous. It is a recipe large on flavor, veggies together with cheese; my favorites are mushrooms, crimson peppers, onions, zucchini, beans, carrots, pasta, ricotta together with Monterrey Jack cheese. It makes the BEST tiffin on solar daytime two!!
½ loving cup onion chopped
½ loving cup celery chopped
1 loving cup chopped carrot
½ loving cup chopped crimson pepper
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups diced zucchini
1 loving cup dark beans
1 clove garlic minced

½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dry out oregano

ricotta cheese2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese (grated)

In a large, deep pan, saute the onion, celery together with garlic (in the butter) until the are sweet, together with then scoot them to ane side of the pan.
