Kielbasa Spud Breadstuff Herb Dressing
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb sliced white patato bread, cubed
ii tablespoons butter
1 large onion, diced
iv stalks celery, diced
1 tablespoon minced rosemary
1 tablespoon minced sage
1 tablespoon minced thyme
1 lb fresh kielbasa, casing removed
iii eggs, beaten
ii cups turkey or chicken stock
body of body of water salt
freshly dry soil dark pepper
butter for baking dish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Arrange the breadstuff on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for xx minutes or until toasted. Place inward a large bowl. Set aside.
Meanwhile, saute the onion in addition to celery inward the butter inward a large skillet until the onion is translucent but non browned. Scrape onto the breadstuff inward the bowl. Add the kielbasa to the same skillet in addition to saute, breaking upwardly whatever large chunks, until fully cooked. Drain the grease. Add the sausage to the bowl.
Add the eggs to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Add the salt, pepper in addition to stock. Stir until it is an uniform mixture. Set aside.
Grease an 9-inch pan (I used a deep dish pie plate) amongst butter. Spoon inward the dressing. Cover inward foil in addition to bake xxx minutes. Remove foil in addition to plough oven to 350. Bake xxx minutes or until fully cooked in addition to the move on is crispy. Serve immediately.
