Roasted Carbohydrate Snap Peas & Tomato Plant Salad
Ingredients:
1 small-medium tomato, cutting into wedges
1 lb saccharide snap peas

1 tablespoon (coarse) Herbs de Provence
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
coarse salt
