My thoughts:
Despite the somewhat light-headed name, this is my novel favorite tiffin inwards spring. It uses fresh, local skinny asparagus, in addition to a few of my favorite other foods: olives in addition to capers! Honestly, the connecter to Salade Niçoise is tenuous at best but it is what I had inwards the dorsum of my withdraw heed when making this dish. It does bring a lot of the same flavors every bit the famous salad though.I've been trying to brand extra hardy in addition to easy-to-pack meals lately because only about days due to his course of education schedule, Matt has to pack both tiffin in addition to dinner, He tin locomote oestrus upwards leftovers for tiffin but dinner needs to last cold. Luckily this salad is non alone pretty but a full, filling repast past times itself. It keeps good for a twenty-four hr menses or 2 refrigerated every bit well.
