Super Umami Burgers
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb 93% lean dry soil beef
viii oz crimini mushrooms, minced
1 small-scale onion, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
to serve:
half dozen slices fontina cheese
half dozen brioche buns
ii tablespoons grainy Dijon
ii tablespoons mayonnaise
freshly dry soil dark pepper
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the dry soil beef, mushrooms, onion, soy sauce too Worcestershire sauce until good mixed. Form into half dozen patties.
Prepare grill according to manufacturer's instructions. Grill the burgers for 5-8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. When inwards the concluding infinitesimal roughly of grilling, superlative amongst cheese too permit to melt. Remove to a platter.
