Tuna Artichoke Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
8-10 oz cooked pasta
xiv oz canned artichoke hearts inward brine, drained in addition to chopped
xv oz canned enterprise albacore tuna inward water, drained
two stalks celery, diced
i onion, diced
two tablespoons nonpareil capers
zest of i lemon
dressing:
1/2 loving cup mayonnaise
juice of i lemon
two teaspoons Dijon
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
body of body of water salt
freshly the world dark pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss together the tuna, artichoke, pasta, capers, onion, celery in addition to zest. Break upward whatever large chunks of tuna. Set aside. In a small-scale bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over the salad in addition to stir to evenly distribute all ingredients.
