Tuna Niçoise Burgers
Ingredients:
for the burgers:
four 5-oz canned corporation white albacore tuna inwards water, drained
1/4 loving cup coarsely chopped niçoise or kalamata olives
two teaspoons anchovy paste
1 tablespoon nonpareil capers
1/4 loving cup mayonnaise
1/4 loving cup matzo repast or staff of life crumbs
to serve:
four hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
four rolls
Directions:
In a medium bowl, interruption upwardly the tuna into modest pieces alongside a fork. Add the remaining ingredients. Form into four equal patties*. Heat a modest amount of canola stone oil inwards a skillet. Cook, turning once, until browned on both sides together with heated through, close 10-12 minutes. Serve on buns, topped alongside Lycopersicon esculentum together with egg slices.
