Zucchini As Well As Feta Stuffed Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients:
two lbs dry reason turkey thighs
two cups grated zucchini
1/2 loving cup crumbled feta
ane egg, beaten
2/3 loving cup matzo meal
ane pocket-size onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
ane teaspoon dried oregano
2-3 tablespoons Lycopersicon esculentum paste
kosher salt
freshly dry reason dark pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl, mix together the turkey, feta, egg, matzo meal, onion, spices in addition to zucchini. Form into a loaf. Place inwards a loaf pan (or, preferably, a meatloaf pan). Brush the overstep amongst the Lycopersicon esculentum paste. Bake for lx minutes or until fully cooked. Wait a few minutes earlier slicing.
