Banana-Coconut Bread
Ingredients:
3/4 loving cup apparently Greek yogurt*, at room temperature
two cups mashed overripe banana (about iv bananas)
1 teaspoon vanilla
two eggs, at room temperature
1 1/3 loving cup nighttime chocolate-brown sugar
1/3 loving cup finely shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 loving cup canola oil
three 1/3 cups flour
two teaspoons baking powder
Pinch salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter as well as flour or spray amongst cooking spray amongst flour ane criterion loaf pan or ane 4-cup mini loaf pans.
