*My Canadian bacon slices were on the large yet sparse side. Some brands may bring thicker/smaller slices. If so, experience gratis to role only about bacon.

My thoughts:
I ever similar finding broccolini at the grocery store. While I similar broccoli, it is a piddling large in addition to robust for everything I'd similar to role it in. Broccolini is a cross betwixt broccoli in addition to gai-lan (Chinese broccoli) in addition to thus it has that broccoli-like flavour but is smaller in addition to tender. Perfect for dishes similar this one. Canadian bacon was my go-to for the meat because of its smoky flavour which I idea would distich good amongst the broccolini. I chose the Parmesan for the same reason. I needed a fairly robust cheese to stand upwards up to the other flavors. I used these pre-cubed Parmesan "nuggets" from Piacci which I liked a lot. It made the dish a lot easier to set together but it was however a really tasty cheese (unlike many pre-cubed cheeses I've encountered). They only melted correct into the frittata field it was inwards the oven, forming the best piddling cheese pockets. Yum.
