Ingredients:
four cups whole, pitted cherries (about ii lbs/1 quart)
1/2 loving cup superfine sugar
1 loving cup water
1/2 loving cup beet juice*
1 teaspoon grated ginger**
2-3 tablespoons cachaça (optional)


Directions:
Place all ingredients inwards a blender. Pulse until smooth. Pour into an H2O ice cream maker together with churn until frozen.
