Chivito


Ingredients:

4 1/2-inch thick filet mignon rounds (about 1 1/3 lb)
4 kaiser rolls
4 (or 8 if small) slices fresh mozzerella cheese
4 tomato plant slices
4  slices  ham
iii hard-boiled eggs, sliced
8 slices thick cutting bacon, cooked
1/3 loving cup roughly chopped dark-green olives
mayonnaise
bounding main salt
freshly seat down dark pepper

Directions:
