Fresh Jalapeño Bacon Dip
Ingredients:
i shallot, chopped
iv jalapeños, cored together with quartered
three strips thick cutting bacon, cooked together with crumbled
8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature*
xvi oz sour cream*
i tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
ii tablespoons lemon juice
body of body of water salt
freshly dry reason dark pepper
Directions:
Place the peppers together with shallot inward a nutrient processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Add the sour cream, cream cheese, Worcestershire, lemon juice, common salt together with pepper. Pulse until good blended. Add the bacon. Pulse twice. Refrigerate at to the lowest degree i sixty minutes prior to serving.
*High character reduced fatty sour cream and/or cream cheese is okay.
