Hatch Light-Green Chile Chili Mac


Ingredients:
iv fire-roasted Hatch dark-green peppers, diced
i serrano pepper, diced
i medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 loving cup shredded carrot

28 oz canned fire-roasted diced tomatoes

Directions:
