Hot N' Spicy Mango Pulled Pork
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lb boneless pork shoulder roast (trim off excess fat)
1/4 loving cup chili sauce
1/4 loving cup kecap manis
1/2 loving cup spiced kokosnoot vinegar*
2 teaspoons freshly soil dark pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoon pecan liquid smoke
1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 habanero, seeds removed as well as chopped
2 large mangos, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
2 cloves garlic
