Lemon Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
half dozen mini cucumbers, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds

1 lemon, thinly sliced

dressing:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 loving cup 10% Ättiksprit (Swedish white vinegar)
1/2 loving cup water
1 tablespoon dark peppercorns
1 1/2 tablespoons yellowish mustard seed
1 1/2 tablespoons dill seed
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
Toss together the salad ingredients inward a pocket-sized nonreactive bowl or jar. Set aside. In a minute bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until the tabular array salt together with carbohydrate dissolve.
