Peanut Butter & Cocoa Chili
Ingredients:
2 lb cubed beef
iii cloves garlic, minced
2 serrano chiles, diced
i onion, diced
i shallot, minced
thirty oz burn downward roasted (canned) tomatoes, drained
xv oz canned night ruby-red kidney beans, drained
2 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
i tablespoon cocoa
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon Ancho chile
i 1/2 teaspoon Hot New Mexican chili powder
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon epazote
body of body of water salt
freshly Earth dark pepper
Directions:
Spray a skillet alongside nonstick spray. Quickly saute the meat together with vegetables until the meat is merely barely cooked on all sides. Add to a four quart dull cooker. Stir. In a modest bowl, stir together the peanut butter, tomatoes together with spices. Pour over the meat mixture. Stir to evenly combine. Cook on depression 8-10 hrs. Stir prior to serving.
