Pimento Cheese & Bacon Twice Baked Potatoes



Ingredients:
three rattling large Russet potatoes
three slices thick cutting bacon, cutting into 1/2 inch chunks
3/4 loving cup creamy pimento cheese
i egg, beaten
body of body of water salt
freshly dry reason dark pepper


Directions:
Bake potatoes for i sixty minutes at 400. Allow them to cool to close room temperature, thence while lengthwise together with scoop out the insides, reserving ii potatoes' worth of skins. Reduce oven to 350. Place the pimento cheese, together with white patato into a medium bowl. Mash until smoothen thence crease inwards the bacon. Refill the white patato skins together with house on a baking dish. Bake 10 minutes or until warmed through. Serve immediately.
Yield: four servings
