Rye Kielbasa Frittata
Ingredients:
8 eggs, beaten
ane lb smoked kielbasa (I used wiejska which has garlic together with marjoram), diced
ane modest onion, diced
8 oz crimini mushrooms, diced
3/4 oz chives, chopped
1/4 loving cup milk
two cups cubed rye bread
ocean salt
freshly solid soil dark pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In a 12 inch form Fe skillet* oestrus fossil oil together with butter. Saute the kielbasa, onion together with mushrooms until the onion is translucent. Whisk together the eggs, milk, chives together with spices. Set aside. Add the breadstuff cubes to the pan together with saute for ane minute. Pour inwards the egg mixture. Stir to evenly distribute the sausage, onions together with garlic. Keep on medium oestrus together with laid upwardly until only kickoff to set. Bake nearly 10 minutes or until the spill out is only kickoff to brown. Remove from pan together with slice.
*or other oven-safe skillet
