Shrimp Wedge Salad Amongst Homemade Buttermilk Dressing


Ingredients:
i modest to medium caput iceberg lettuce, quartered
i 1/2 lb medium shrimp, steamed
i lb campari tomatoes, halved
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
4 slices thick cutting bacon, cooked too crumbled
1/4 reddish onion, thinly sliced


for the dressing:
i loving cup buttermilk
iii tablespoons mayonnaise
i tablespoon minced parsley
ii teaspoons minced chives
i 1/2 teaspoons minced dill
i teaspoon dehydrated minced onion
i teaspoon dry out mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
salt
freshly dry reason dark pepper

Directions:
Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients. Refrigerate i hr to overnight.  Arrange the wedges on 4 plates. Top amongst remaining salad ingredients. Drizzle amongst dressing.

My thoughts:
While dining at a local restaurant, I spied a lobster wedge salad on the menu.
