Southwest Dark Edible Bean Zucchini Tacos




Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped
two cloves garlic, minced
1 cubanelle pepper, diced
two medium zucchini, diced
xxx oz canned dark beans, drained
1 teaspoon Southwest seasoning
body of body of water salt
freshly soil dark pepper


Directions:
Saute the onion, garlic, jalapeno together with zucchini until the onions are translucent together with the zucchini is soft. Stir inward the remaining ingredients, attain until heated through.



My thoughts:
This was our vegan selection for our taco nighttime together with I mean value it was a hit! Even the picky eaters liked it. I had guacamole, iii kinds of salsa, pickled jalapenos, crumbled queso fresco, vegan together with regular sour cream, cherry-red cabbage, lettuce, tomato, avocado together with cherry-red onion on manus for toppings.


 While I made this inward a skillet it kept warm actually good inward the  triple dull cooker  I bought particularly for the party. We only formed a trouble together with assembled our tacos every bit nosotros went!
