Strawberry Beet Greenish Salad Amongst A Strawberry-Fennel Pollen Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
ane large bunch beet greens*, blanched
ane pint strawberries, sliced
iv oz Stilton, crumbled
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
vinaigrette dressing:
juice of 2 large strawberries**
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
ane 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
pinch fennel pollen
body of body of water salt
freshly terra firma dark pepper
Directions:
Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Set aside. Divide the greenish betwixt 2 bowls. Arrange the salad ingredients on top. Drizzle alongside dressing. Serve immediately.
*I used the greens off of a touchstone bunch of nearly iv beets.
**I only squeezed them inwards my hand.
Yield: 2 large salads
