Thai Basil Babe Summertime Vegetable Salad
Ingredients:
one 1/4 lb mixed heirloom cherry tomatoes
1/4 lb yellowish babe carrots, cutting into coins
five "mini" cucumbers, cutting into coins
three tablespoons sherry vinegar
ii tablespoon olive oil
1/4 (loose) loving cup Thai basil, chopped
ocean salt
freshly solid lay down pepper
Directions:
Toss all of the vegetables together inwards a small-scale bowl. Set aside. In a divide bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables. Allow to sit down at room temperature for xx minutes prior to serving for best flavor.
