The Divide Of Cuban (Sandwich)



Ingredients:

for the pork
two lb boneless pork roast
juice together with zest of two omphalos oranges
8 cloves of garlic, quartered
1 modest onion, thinly sliced
two tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon dried oregano

8 slices Swiss cheese

Directions:
