All-American Meatloaf Burgers
Ingredients:
for the burgers:
1/2 lb lean solid pose down beef
1/2 lb solid pose down pork
1/2 lb solid pose down veal
1 egg
1 shallot, minced
two cloves garlic, minced
1/2 loving cup fresh staff of life crumbs*
1 tablespoon tomato plant paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon solid pose down mustard
salt
freshly solid pose down dark pepper
for the glaze:
iii tablespoons tomato plant paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
salt
pepper
Directions:
Whisk together the glaze ingredients, laid upward aside. Using a gentle hand, combine all of the burger ingredients. Form into iv patties. Prep your grill. Grill 1 side of the burger, flip together with brush amongst glaze. Continue to cook, adding to a greater extent than glaze every bit wanted/needed. I advise serving it amongst thinly sliced cherry onion.
*I made these past times pulsing or then leftover baguette inwards my Vita Mix.
