Asparagus, Lox & Stilton Frittata
Ingredients:
1 lb asparagus, halved horizontally
seven eggs
1 loving cup crumbled Stilton
four oz lox, diced
1/3 loving cup diced onion
1 tablespoon minced dill
1 tablespoon minced parsley
salt
freshly Earth dark pepper
olive fossil oil + 1-2 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Whisk together the eggs, salmon, cheese herbs too spices, pose aside. In a 12 inch shape Fe skillet, rut fossil oil too butter. When hot, sauté the asparagus too onions the onions are translucent. Add the egg mixture. Tilt the skillet slightly too plow to coat the ingredients inwards the skillet amongst the egg mixture.
