Asparagus Salad Alongside Hard-Boiled Egg
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb steamed asparagus, cooled
two hard-boiled eggs, coarsely grated*
two slices thin thick cutting bacon, crumbled

iii tablespoons olive oil
two tablespoons Capote capers
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon minced basil
1/2 teaspoon Dijon

Directions:
