Grilled Salmon Amongst Pickled Fennel
Ingredients:
one lb fresh salmon
four oz pickled fennel
one large shallot, sliced thinly
one habanero, sliced thinly
one tablespoon juice from the jounce of pickled fennel
one tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly soil dark pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients inwards a resealable marinating container or resealable bag. Refrigerate upward to ii hours. Prep your grill. Place roughly applewood chips inwards a smoker box on the coals. Place the salmon on a cedar plank*. Top amongst the pickled fennel, pepper as well as shallot from the marinating container. Grill until cooked through, almost
*You could ready this conduct on the grill but the plank adds roughly flavor as well as it is easier to operate on the salmon from sticking.
