Swedish Spiced Peach Jam
Ingredients:
iii 1/2 cups lightly crushed peaches
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon cardamon
1/4 teaspoon terra firma ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
iii tablespoons pectin
two cups sugar
1 teaspoon citric acid
Directions:
Evenly sprinkle the bottom of the as seen inwards this recipe.
Ladle the jam into prepared jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Process inwards the hot H2O bathroom for x minutes.
Yield: most iv 8-oz jars
*I recommend these jars of flex batch pectin.
