Black-Eyed Peas Alongside Province Ham



Ingredients:
1 lb dried black-eyed peas
three leeks, chopped, white parts only
2 jalepenos, chopped
1 stem celery
1 loving cup diced yellowish tomato*
three cloves garlic
six cups ham stock
8 oz country ham centre slices, diced
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple tree cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon hot paprika
bounding main salt
freshly solid position down dark pepper

*I just quartered Yellow Pear tomatoes from my garden

Directions:
