Cranberry & Cheddar Pie Crust




Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2/3 loving cup mutual frigidity butter, cutting into 1 inch chunks
1/2 loving cup grated precipitous cheddar cheese
1/4 loving cup sweetened dried cranberries
5-8 tablespoons H2O ice H2O


Directions:
Place the butter, flour, cranberries too cheddar into a nutrient processor. Add H2O 1 tablespoon at a fourth dimension too pulse simply until mixture sticks together. Divide the dough evenly into 2 balls. Roll each into a crust.





My thoughts:
This dough rolls out similar a dream. I was a piffling worried because I had never tried putting fruit inwards a pie crust earlier but it worked wonderfully. The nutrient processor pulverizes it plenty that it doesn't brand the dough lumpy but non too then much that y'all don't larn a flare-up of cranberry. H5N1 tasty twist on traditional pie crust.

I similar this pie crust on Apple-Cranberry Pie but it would endure cracking pretty much whatever pie that needs a double crust.
