Mussels Amongst Smoky Ham Together With Vidalia Onions
Ingredients:
iv lb mussels
1 1/2 loving cup stock*
1/2 loving cup dry out vermouth
1 bunch Vidalia onions (with greens aka Vidalia Salad Onions), chopped
1 caput fennel, diced
two cloves garlic, minced
1/3 loving cup diced smoked ham
Heat the petroleum inward a large pot alongside a lid. Saute the onions, fennel, garlic in addition to ham until the fennel is almost tender. Add the liquid ingredients. Add the mussels, embrace in addition to milkshake until they are all opened. Serve immediately.
*ham, lobster, chicken or turkey stock would all work.
