Hibiscus Peach Jam
Ingredients:
three 1/2 cups lightly crushed peaches
three hibiscus flowers inwards syrup*, drained together with chopped
two teaspoons hibiscus syrup*
two cups sugar
one teaspoon citric acid
three tablespoons depression saccharide pectin
Directions:
Evenly sprinkle the bottom of the as seen inwards this recipe.
Ladle the jam into prepared jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Process inwards the hot H2O bathroom for x minutes.
Yield: almost 4 8-oz jars
