Jam On It Pulled Chicken
 
   Ingredients:  2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs  12 oz chili sauce (like Heinz)  12 oz grapefruit jam  2 tablespoons nighttime rum  2 teaspoons dark pepper  3/4 teaspoon pecan liquid smoke  1 teaspoon roasted terra firma ginger  1 teaspoon cayenne pepper  1/2 teaspoon terra firma cardamom  1 onion, thinly sliced  2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced     Directions:  Add all ingredients to a 2 or 4 quart ho-hum cooker *.
